Q. What if I need to break my lease?
Campus Evolution Villages does not offer a lease buy-out option, but we are sensitive to the special needs of our residents. At the manager’s discretion, residents may assign their lease to a new resident. You are responsible for finding your own replacement. Any replacement must meet Campus Evolution Village’s approval standards. Certain rules and fees may also apply.
Q. What happens if I after I move I don't like my roommates?
Should there be differences that simply cannot be worked out, residents are able to transfer, dependent on availability (a transfer fee may apply and the transferee will be required to pay the rental rate for the new bedroom).
Q. What do I pay before moving in?
Typically, residents pay all fees, deposits and the first rent installment before move-in day. Your lease application contains a specific list of everything you need.
Q. Is there a security deposit?
All are a standard amount equal to two months’ rent without exception.
Q. What utilities are included in my rent?
All utilities are included with your rent (electricity, cooking gas, heat, and hot water). Your only additional monthly expense would be a telephone, Internet access, and cable television if desired.
