The bedrooms are large and have attached en-suite bathrooms and you get your own personal key to your bedroom. The spacious living area has hardwood style flooring and carpets. It is furnished and also has double pane windows. Every unit is air conditioned or heated as per the needs the seasons, there is a washer-dryer set up, is cable ready and has high speed internet via WiFi. The kitchen has every appliance to qualify as full functioning with a microwave, range, oven and a dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, and an eat-in area as well. Recreation is never repetitive with so many options like golf putting greens, volleyball, swimming pool, fitness studio and game room and clubhouse and business center. There are also grilling stations and pond to enjoy the outdoors. Being pet friendly is an added feature that makes this property instantly endearing. Q. When is my rent due?
You have three installment payment options to pay the entire amount due under the lease – one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. If you choose to pay a single installment for the entire amount, that single installment is due August 1. If you choose to pay in two-semester installments, those installments are due August 1 and January 1. If you choose to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on August 1 and the remaining eleven installments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note that these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.
