Each unit comes fully-furnished. The living room comes with designer couch in 2- and 4- bedroom floor plans, coffee table, media stand, mounted SMART TV and side chair. The kitchen is well-equipped with Euro-style cabinetry, stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave & dishwasher), surface mount lighting, stainless steel kitchen sink, quartz countertops, and barstools.
The bedrooms at Identity come with full-size bed w/ memory foam mattress, under-bed storage, mirrored closet doors, and desk & desk chair. The bathrooms have glass showers with luxury tile shower seat and modern fixtures.
The apartments and penthouses at Identity are also equipped with in-unit washer/dryer, ceiling fans in living room & bedroom and USB outlets in kitchen & bedroom. They also give the students 1GB WIFI & cable package. The premium 15th-floor apartment home is also equipped with kitchen backsplash, mounted 55” Smart TV in the living room, sound bar, mounted 43” Smart TV in the bedroom, Kohler Moxie rain head shower with Bluetooth speaker.

Q. Will I need a guarantor?
Most residents do require a guarantor to financially agree to ensure timely payment of rental installments. A guarantor signs a guaranty agreement separate from the lease that payments are made on time. Usually, a guarantor is a parent or guardian but is not required.
