Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Prism 23 also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Within 7 days after a Housing Agreement is signed, each resident is required to do one of two things: provide a qualifying guarantor (often a parent), or pre-pay the final 2 installments.
Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at the property after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for any further clarifications.

Each resident at Prism 23 pays a flat rate that includes:

The spacious accommodations at Prism 23 are available in 1 and 2 bedroom floorplans, with a private bedroom-bathroom suite for each resident.
Q. Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, all apartments at Prism 23 have a furniture package that includes a full-size bed, nightstand, desk and chair, and stackable dresser drawers in each bedroom. The living area includes a sofa, chair, coffee table, entertainment stand and barstools. To see a sample of the furniture and other finishes, please visit our model apartment.
