$250 one-time placement fee
$500 security deposit (refundable) for a shared bedroom.
Renter service fee:
There are no service fees for renters.

Credit card
If paying with a credit card, renters pay a 2.9% + 30 cents credit card processing fee. If the payment is from an international account, there is an additional 1% transaction fee.
Bank account
There are no transaction fees for bank account payments.
Q. Are meal plans included?
No meals are provided. All Kapi apartments have fully-equipped kitchens where students can prepare their own healthy and delicious meals.
Q. Are parking spots available?
There are assigned parking spaces available for a monthly fee. Students need to contact their customer service representative to request a parking space. Requests are honored if available.
Q. Does each student get a set of keys?
Each student is provided with one set of keys which includes a key to the apartment unit, community amenities, and mailbox.
Q. Can I have visitors?
Of course! Visitors are allowed during the day but will have to leave apartment by 10 p.m. No overnight guests are allowed.
Q. Do I need to find my roommate in order to share a room?
No. Kapi takes care of all roommate matching.
Q. Q: Can I smoke inside the apartment?
No. All the apartments are smoke-free.
