Amenities
There are 2 and 3 bedroom floor plans with fully furnished single bedrooms and private bathrooms at the student accommodation at Alight Laramie. Can’t do without the on-tap Internet? You’ve got it. Can’t do without in-unit laundry? You’ve got that, too. And just so you discover a new best friend, there’s a roommate matching service. The gated community itself has a 24-hour fitness center, clubhouse, 24-hour game room, and basketball and sand volleyball. For those cold days, there’s a fire pit and grilling station and facilities for other community events. If all of that wasn’t enough, there’s a convenient shuttle bus to the campus, just minutes away.
Rent inclusions
The monthly rental installment with a flat utility/amenity fee includes furnishings, in-unit laundry, internet, water/sewer facilities, electricity and of course the community features such as the 24-hour clubhouse with a fitness center and game room and swimming pool.
Security and maintenance
The student housing facility is very tight on security. There’s a monitored fire sprinkler system, with electronic locks and individually locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are also provided. Management is also on-site 24×7 and can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.
Public transport accessibility
To start with, the UW LaramieLink shuttle bus stops less than a mile away from the premises and runs to campus and downtown every 40 minutes during the term. University of Wyoming campus itself is just a mile and a half away.

Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Alight also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

Q. Can I live with friends, or can I get a match with roommates?
You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Q.What size are the apartments?
The spacious accommodations at Alight include 2 and 3 bedroom floorplans, with space up to 1,200 square feet. All apartments have a private bathroom for each bedroom.
Q. Are the apartments furnished?
Yes, all apartments at Alight have a furniture package that includes a full-size bed, dresser, desk and chair in each bedroom, and a sofa, armchair, and coffee table in each living room.
Q.What other transportation options will I have?
The UW LaramieLink shuttle bus stops just one-third of a mile away from Alight and runs to campus and downtown every 40 minutes during the Fall, Spring and Summer terms. Alight is also a quick drive or bike ride to campus, just a mile away.
Q.What are the policies on pets, smoking, and guests?
Alight is pet-friendly, subject to limits on animals and breeds. The community is smoke-free in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
