Rent can be paid online through the Resident Portal, or in-office by check or money order. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, and considered late after 11:59pm on the 5th of each month. Rent can be paid in one lump sum prior to moving in, or can be paid in the 12 equal installments at the beginning of each month of the contract.
Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at the property after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for any further clarifications.
