But most Spring Garden apartments are furnished, and have free high speed internet and air-conditioning, the kitchens are fitted with dishwashers and refrigerators. There is also an in-unit washer-dryer set. The student housing community features a grill and chill space and a business centre.

Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. West Quad also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
After a Housing Agreement is signed, each resident is required to secure their financial obligation in one of three ways: by providing a qualifying guarantor (often a parent); by pre-paying the final two installments; or by purchasing a third-party guaranty from our partner.

Q. Can I live with friends, or can you match me with roommates?
You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Q. Are the apartments furnished?
West Quad offers an optional furniture package available for an additional cost. The furniture package includes a full-size bed, desk and chair, nightstand and dresser in each bedroom; the living room includes a sofa, chair, coffee table and end table, the kitchen includes a dining table with chairs.
Q. What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests?
West Quad is a pet-friendly community, subject to limits on animals and breeds. The community is smoke-free in all indoor and adjacent spaces. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of apartment-mates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
Q. What other transportation options will I have?
A HEAT bus stop and a stop for GTA bus #1 are conveniently located right in front of the community on Spring Garden Street, and run to each campus. West Quad also has bike racks on site.
