Q. Is there parking?
Absolutely. Social 28 has single spaces in our garages as well as a state of the art Klaus Parking System. Spaces are leased on a first come, first serve basis.
Q. What’s included in the rent?
The rent includes internet, cable, and trash, while electricity, water, and sewer are billed separately. This avoids the hassle of setting up an account and the headache of gathering money from your roommates!
