Canopy Apartments features homes with modern amenities like a clubhouse to hang out in, virtual golf and gamers lounge. You can use the fitness centre, play basketball or swim in the superb pool to keep fit. There are hammocks and grills by the poolside to chill out with your friends and new neighbours. You can also avail the use of free tanning or settle in for long study sessions in the dedicated study rooms. The management organises recreational activities for the residents in which you can participate and mingle with fellow residents. The student apartments are air conditioned and cable ready. You get high speed internet access over WiFi and there are balconies or patios to each unit as per floor plan. You can select the smoke-free units if you so desire. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and also kitchen islands. There are oversized closets for ample storage space and a washer dryer set for laundry convenience. You can bring your pets to live with you for a small additional fee.

Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
A. Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.

A. Rent includes: utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable Internet, washer & dryer.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
A. Yes, roommate matching option is available. If you don't have anyone in mind, roommate system can be used.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Yes, pets are allowed.
Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
A. Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.
Q. What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?

A. Furniture is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, large desk and chair, and dresser. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand and barstools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.
Q. How do I receive mail and packages?
A. Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox.
