The student accommodation facility has 2 and 3 bedroom spacious apartments and is located at 6225 St Joe Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835. With facilities such as a swimming pool, sand volleyball, indoor recreation area and game room, this off-campus student housing complex is perfect for international students who wish to work hard and play harder.
Amenities
There is a deck in each unit and fully equipped kitchen in case you want to make your own meals. You get premium cable and trash collection service as well. There is plenty of storage space for each resident. The student housing community welcomes pets, so you won’t miss home too much. There is a modern computer lab for silent study sessions. Outdoor activities include swimming and sand volleyball and for indoor recreation there is a fully loaded tavern style game room. The open areas in the complex feature grills, fire pits and there is also a posh coffee bistro.

Cable and electricity up to monthly $25 are included in the student accommodation rent.

When you sign your lease, you’ll pay a $35 application fee and a one-time community fee for unlimited use of their community amenities. Afterward, the only additional fees you will see is a $54 one-time fee for Conservice, their utility management company.
You have three installment payment options to pay the entire amount due under the lease: one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. If you choose to pay a single installment for the entire amount, that single installment is due August 1.
If you choose to pay in two-semester installments, those installments are due August 1 and January 1. If you choose to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on August 1 and the remaining eleven installments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note, these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.
The property doesn't allow residents out of their lease agreements due to graduation, but we do allow residents to re-let their apartments. Please note you’re solely responsible for finding this replacement and having them complete a lease takeover before you’re relieved of financial responsibilities.

Q. Are utilities included?
A. Yes! Your rent covers cable, free Internet, air conditioning, and is fully furnished.
Q. Is the internet included?
A. Yes! High-speed internet is part of your all-inclusive lifestyle. Each bedroom is set up with its own Ethernet jack, so just plug in your own router and you’re good to go. For the fastest possible connection, we recommend that each roommate utilizes their own router rather than sharing.
Q. Is Cable TV included?
A. Yes! Every apartment is wired for a huge lineup of cable TV channels. You just supply the TV!
Q. Are pets allowed?
Yes! Pets are allowed.
Q. Are the apartments furnished?
Yes! All apartments are fully furnished. Each bedroom includes a full-size bed with mattress, desk, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser. The furniture in the common spaces varies depending on the size of the apartment but can include a dining table and chairs, sofa, armchair, and coffee table or ottoman.
Q. Can I choose my roommates?
A. Roommate matching system is available. Feel free to get in touch for further information.
Q. Can I have overnight guests?
Yep! As long as you have discussed your guest’s stay with your roommates, you may have an overnight guest for up to three consecutive nights. Guests can park outside of the gates between 5 pm and 8 am.
Q. Is there resident parking on site?
Yes! Parking is free for all registered residents.
Q. Is there a curfew at the Arch?
Nope.
Q. Can I smoke in my room?
A. No. Smoking is not allowed in apartments or any of the amenities. If you need to smoke, you can locate to designated smoking areas and be sure to dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
