Q. Are utilities included?
A. Yes! Your rent at the Arch covers all utilities; water, sewer, trash, even premium cable, and high-speed internet! Electricity usage up to $25 per room is also been taken care of. If you go over this allowance the overage amount will be divided between all of the residents in that unit.
Q. Is the internet included?
A. Yes! High-speed internet is part of your all-inclusive lifestyle. Each bedroom is set up with its own Ethernet jack, so just plug in your own router and you’re good to go. For the fastest possible connection, we recommend that each roommate utilizes their own router rather than sharing.
Q. Is Cable TV included?
A. Yes! Every apartment is wired for a huge lineup of cable TV channels. You just supply the TV!
Q. Are pets allowed?
Yes! Pets are allowed.
Q. Are the apartments furnished?
Yes! All apartments are fully furnished. Each bedroom includes a full-size bed with mattress, desk, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser. The furniture in the common spaces varies depending on the size of the apartment but can include a dining table and chairs, sofa, armchair, and coffee table or ottoman.
Q. Can I choose my roommates?
A. Roommate matching system is available. Feel free to get in touch for further information.
Q. Can I have overnight guests?
Yep! As long as you have discussed your guest’s stay with your roommates, you may have an overnight guest for up to three consecutive nights. Guests can park outside of the gates between 5 pm and 8 am.
Q. Is there resident parking on site?
Yes! Parking is free for all registered residents.

Q. Can I smoke in my room?
A. No. Smoking is not allowed in apartments or any of the amenities. If you need to smoke, you can locate to designated smoking areas and be sure to dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
