Q. Are utilities included?
A. Yes! Your rent covers all utilities; water, sewer, trash, even premium cable and high speed internet! Electricity usage up to $25 per room is also taken care. If you go over this allowance the overage amount will be divided between all of the residents in that unit.
Q. Is internet and cable included?
A. Yes! Every apartment comes cable and internet ready. However, you will need to supply your own router and TV!
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. No, pets are not allowed.
Q. Are the apartments furnished?
A. Yes! All apartments are fully furnished. Each bedroom includes a full-size bed with mattress, desk, desk chair, nightstand, and dresser. The furniture in the common spaces varies depending on the size of the apartment, but can include a dining table and chairs, sofa, arm chair, and coffee table or ottoman.
Q. Are there any additional fees I should know about?
A. When you sign your lease, you will pay a $60 application fee and a one-time community fee for unlimited use of our awesome amenities throughout the year. After that, the only additional fee you will see is $4.50 per month for Conservice, our utility management company.
Q. What if I need maintenance in my room?
A. Feel free to call at reception.
Q. Can I choose my roommates?
A. Of course! While booking you can put your preference and details of your friend with whom you want to stay.
Q. What if I don’t have roommates in mind or I don’t know anyone?
A. No worries! Roommate matching system is available. Feel free to get in touch for further details.
Q. Are any students given priority or preference?
A. Nope. It is leased on a first come, first serve basis. That’s one of the reasons it is so important to sign your lease early for the upcoming school year.
Q. Can I have overnight guests?
A. Yep! As long as you have discussed your guest’s stay with your roommates, you may have an overnight guest for up to three consecutive nights. Remember that guest parking is limited, so don’t forget to make sure they have the proper guest parking pass during their stay to prevent their car from being towed.
Q. Is there resident parking on site?
A. Yes! We have onsite parking. When you move in, you will be asked to register your vehicle to receive a parking permit. Only vehicles with parking permits and guests with passes may use our parking lot.

Q. Can I smoke in my room?
A. No. Smoking is not allowed in apartments or any of the amenities. Breaking this rule can result in steep fines, so best to steer clear. If you need to smoke, you can locate to one of the designated smoking areas and be sure to dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
Q. I’m getting ready to move in, what should I bring?
A. Bedding for a full-sized bed, Toiletries, Dishes/Cookware are few essentials that you require to carry.
