Q. What documents do I need to provide when applying?
You will need to provide a copy of your student ID, most recent school transcripts, state ID or Driver’s License. International students will need to provide a copy of their passport and recent I-20 form.
Q. Is there a background check?
Yes, in order to assure the safety of our tenants, we run a criminal background check for all applicants.
Q. What is an individual lease?
Our leases are individual, meaning you are only responsible for your bed space. If one of your roommates is delinquent,damages the apartment, or terminates their lease, you won’t be affected.
Q. Do I need to find my roommate in order to share a room?
No, you don’t have to find your roommate, you will only be responsible of renting your own bed space. We will match you with someone your same gender, school, and school year.
