Yes, the property is a pet-friendly community. Furry residents are our favorite and are welcome upon approval. A pet agreement on file is required. Non-refundable pet fee is $250/ Deposit is $250= TOTAL of $500 Monthly pet rent is $15 per pet. Pet Amenities: Over-Sized Bark Park Pet Waste Stations. The property does accept all breeds and weights with an approved pet interview PRIOR to moving in with a signed waiver.
