Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.

Rent includes utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable Internet, washer & dryer.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
Yes, roommate matching option is available. If you don't have anyone in mind, roommate system can be used.
Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.
Q. What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?
The lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot stay after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Feel free to get in touch for further information.

Furniture is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, a large desk and chair, and dresser. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand, and barstools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox.
Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
