The Flats at Mallard Creek is a luxury student housing community located on 11015 Education Way, Charlotte, North Carolina 28262. It is just a short commute from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. They offer two, three and four bedroom floor plans.

The apartments have fabulous plank wood style flooring and they feature a dining room too. The kitchens are fully equipped with modern appliances and garbage disposals. Full size washers and dryers in each unit ensure clean laundry at all times. There are ceiling fans and spacious closets that can store all your stuff. Some units even feature a Juliet balcony.
