The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.

Q. What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?

Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot stay after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Please call for further information.

Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?

Bedding, bedroom furniture, common area furniture, toiletries., dishes/cookware are some essentials that you are required to carry along.
