Our pet-friendly 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex homes are bright and spacious, featuring 2-story floor plans with high-end finishes such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wide plank flooring, in-unit washer and dryer, as well as front and back porches. Reserved, covered or uncovered resident parking spaces are available; please contact our office for pricing and availability.

Our Resident Housing Contracts are installment based, in which a total contract amount can be paid in full at the beginning of the lease, in two semester installments, or in 12 equal monthly payments. If you’ve chosen the option to submit the total contract amount in 12 monthly payments, each of those installments are due on the 1st of each month, including August 1st and September 1st.

Q. Is there parking available?
Yes! We offer covered and uncovered reserved parking spots for residents but please note that spaces are limited. Contact our office for availability and rates!
Q. Are the apartments pet-friendly?
Yes, our apartments are pet-friendly! Each apartment is allowed to have a maximum of 2 pets with the exception of restricted breeds that can be provided by the leasing office.
