Q. What is Roommate Matching?
The Avenue offers a program called Roommate Matching for anyone who does not sign with roommates. Each resident is asked to complete a matching card to better assist us in the process. The cards ask about specific study habits, sleep habits, hobbies, location preference, and many other details.
Q. Do you allow pets?
Unfortunately, The Avenue on College is not pet-friendly.
Q. Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is not permitted in your apartment, hallways, or common spaces inside the building, or within 20 feet of any entrance to our community.
Q.When is rent due? Do you send me a bill? How can I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st of every month. We do not send a bill to remind you prior to the first; however, we make it easy to pay your rent on time via your resident portal by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or e-check. You can also pay rent in person with a check or money order.
Q.Where are the closest shops/grocery stores/restaurants?
The Avenue on College is only blocks away from Kroger, CVS, and other grocery stores. We're located in the heart of downtown, so restaurants, shopping, and entertainment are always at your fingertips.
We recommend the Gourmet Cafe to start your day, The Owlery for a healthy lunch, and Bub's Burgers and Ice Cream to finish off your day the right way. All walking distance to The Avenue on College!
