The property is situated right next to the entertainment zone at 455 N College Avenue, Bloomington, IN 47404. Featuring 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units and first class views of downtown, this is fun off-campus student housing for international students.
Amenities
Choose a floor plan that suits your budget at the Smallwood complex. Bedrooms come with attached baths. Each unit has facilities like fibre optic WiFi for superior internet connectivity, living spaces with hardwood style floors, carpets, windows for views of downtown, a washer/dryer hookup and temperature control. Select rooms are also wheelchair accessible. The units are all cable ready and the kitchens have disposal, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, microwave and range. You can avail of domestic help services and also opt for a special furniture package. For fitness there is a brand new gym. You can also hang out with friends in the courtyard or the lounge. There is a 24-hour laundry service that you can use for free. Book a parking spot for yourself in the enclosed parking lot. Residents have free usage of the study lounge and conference for extended self-study hours, alone and with study groups. There is also a guest apartment if your need one.
Rent Inclusion
Laundry service and basic utilities are included in the student housing rent package.
Security and Maintenance
Access to the buildings is controlled and there is a doorman at the main entrances to support the security system for the whole community.
Transport
Walk to Indiana University campus which is next door. Shopping and entertainment are also just a few minutes away on foot. There is public transport to commute to areas of interest that are farther off.
