Our Resident Housing Contracts are installment based, in which a total contract amount can be paid in full at the beginning of the lease, in two semester installments, or in 12 equal monthly payments. Individual Leasing, also called “by the bedroom leasing”, means that you are only responsible for your bedroom, bathroom, and shared common area. If another roommate decides to skip, sublet/lease-takeover, or damage the apartment in any way they are liable for the rent and damages in their individual space, unlike in joint leases.
