Welcome to The Landing at Stonegate, a new contemporary off-campus community near Virginia Tech! Choose from our 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and townhomes; each featuring spacious floor plans with private bedroom and bathrooms, walk-in closets, modern finishes, wood-style vinyl flooring, natural wood accents, stainless steel appliances and 40" TVs in each living room. With convenient access to campus, downtown Blacksburg, and the Blacksburg Transit line, our community sits at the nexus of student life at Virginia Tech.
Our Resident Housing Contracts are installment based, in which a total contract amount can be paid in full at the beginning of the lease, in two semester installments, or in 12 equal monthly payments. If you've chosen the option to submit the total contract amount in 12 monthly payments, each of those installments are due on the 1st of each month, including August 1st and September 1st.

Q. What type of floor plans do you offer?
The Landing at Stonegate boasts contemporary 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments and townhomes.
Q. What utilities are included in the rent?
High-speed internet, water, trash and sewer services are included in your monthly rental installment. A $30 electricity allowance per bedroom is included if you are a resident at The Landing at Stonegate.
Q. Is the property pet-friendly?
Yes. Each apartment is allowed to have a maximum of 2 pets with the exception of restricted breeds that can be provided by the leasing office.
