-Resident Life Fee – $125.00 An optional yearly Resident Life Fee of $125 per person. Pay this to enjoy all of the perks at the property
-Administration Fee - $99.00 per person non refundable
-Pet Fee - $300 non-refundable pet fee $25/mo pet rent (per pet). 50 lbs maximum, no more than 2 pets per unit.
