Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
A. Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the unit lease or bed space. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment
Q. What is included in the rent?
A. Rent includes furniture, utilities (water and sewer), cable & internet package, appliances, washer & dryer in unit, and $25 per electricity credit per occupied room per month.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
A. Yes, if you don’t have anybody in mind that you would like to live with let’s match with somebody! Feel free to get in touch for further information.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Yes, pets are allowed.
Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
A. Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.
Q. What furniture is provided?
A. It provides fully furnished with a full-sized bed, desk, and chair, nightstand and dresser. The living area comes with a couch, sofa chair, ottoman, and side table. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator with an icemaker, table & chairs, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and washer &dryer in the unit.
Q. What type of parking is available at your community?
A. Plenty of onsite cars, scooter, and bicycle parking options are available.
Q. What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?
A. A lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot stay after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Please get in touch for further information.
Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
A. Bedding, bedroom furniture, common area furniture, toiletries., dishes/cookware are some essentials that you are required to carry along.
