Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the unit lease or bed space. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment

Rent includes water, sewer, trash, cable premium channels, wireless internet, washer, and dryer.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?

Q. Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.

It provides fully furnished with a full-sized bed, a large desk chair, and a dresser. If you have a living room area, there is a couch, coffee table, TV stand with a flat screen HDTV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, full sized refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, barstools, and washer & dryer.
