At the time of completing the tenancy agreement, the Applicant needs to pay the following amounts:

£250 Utility Contribution
All payments to be made by Bank Transfer only.
Once the contract has been signed students need to honour the contract where ever possible. However they are always happy to help find replacement tenants. If there are exceptional circumstances for the cancellation request then property can take it case by case.
