Payment methods
Cancellation Policy Cancellation will only be valid once Study Inn have received notice by email together with any details required by Study Inn.
- In respect of a ‘Block Booking’
- Cancellations in respect of Block Bookings will only be accepted at the sole discretion of Study Inn.
- All payments of License Tariffs due in respect of block bookings will remain payable without refund unless Study Inn confirm otherwise in writing.
- In respect of individual room bookings The initial payment is an Advanced Rent Payment which will be used against rent charges once the Period of License starts.
- Up to 19 weeks before commencement of the Period of License:
i. The Agreement can be cancelled by the Occupier giving Study Inn written notice of the cancellation.
ii. In these circumstances there will be no transfer of the Agreement fee and the amount paid to Study Inn will be returned to the Occupier in full. Residential License Agreement for The Occupier(S)
- Less than 19 weeks before commencement of the Period of License: -
i. The current Occupier will have no right to terminate the Agreement, unless a Replacement Occupier can be found to take over the Agreement.
Q. Do I need a UK guarantor?
No.
Q. Do I need to pay the damage deposit?

Q Can I move in early?
If your room is ready, we will try and move students in early, however we may not be able to confirm this until nearer your check in date.
Q What safety measures do your centres have to keep me safe?
All Study Inn centres are equipped with key card entry systems throughout the building, 24 hour CCTV, fire alarm safety system. Your Centre/Concierge team is also available throughout the day and night to assist you and deal with any issues.
Q Do you offer parking?
We offer free parking at our Coventry site (Subject to availability), we can recommend alternative parking options for other centres on request.
Q Is there any social space?
Social space is important to us, this is why all our centres host a variety of events throughout the year for you to enjoy, you also have access to the sites facilities, SKY TV packages and consoles within the TV lounge and use of any games tables.
Q. What is the time duration to pay the advance rent deposit to receive a tenancy agreement and block the room?
The room allocation is based on first come first serve basis, request you to kindly pay the deposit amount as soon as a notification is received.
