The East End is the only part of Glasgow that has managed to retain the architecture that predates the Industrial Revolution. The Glasgow Cathedral was constructed in 1197 and has survived in one piece even through the Reformation. It is an impressive example of Scottish Gothic Architecture and worth a visit if you are looking for an insight into the city’s glorified past. Moving to a more fun alternative you will love “Escape Glasgow”. You and your friends can form groups and you will be given 60 minutes in a locked room with clues using which you should be able to escape.

Booking Deposit: £250 to confirm your booking. This is converted into a refundable security deposit at the start of your tenancy.
Rent Payments:
Pay in Full
Pay in 3 instalments with a UK Guarantor - first due before moving in, second in January and third in April
Mode of Payment: Pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank Transfer
If you cancel your room booking within 14-days of your Accommodation Offer (provided you have not seen the accommodation) then you will be entitled to a full refund of booking fees. After 14 days, the booking fee is non-refundable.
If you do not sign the tenancy agreement within the 14-days cool off period, the landlord will cancel your booking automatically and retain your booking fee.
If you have made your booking less than 14 days before your scheduled check-in date, you may cancel your booking until the 14-days after receipt of the Accommodation Offer or the date you actually check-in, whichever comes earlier.
If you cancel your booking after the 14-days cool off period, your booking fees is not refunded and you will be required to meet the obligations set out within the Tenancy Agreement, until you are able to find a replacement tenancy to take over your tenancy.
If for any reason you decide to leave during your contracted term after moving in, the landlord may agree to release you from your contract. In this case, you are required to provide a replacement tenant to take over your room for the remaining period of your contract.
If you do not meet the grades of the university you initially applied to OR fail to receive a VISA, you may be released from the contract and receive a refund of your deposit provided you provide the documents as a proof of this.
Q. Do I need to have a UK-based guarantor?
You only need to provide a UK-based guarantor if you wish to pay your rent in three installments. You do not need to provide a guarantor if you’re paying the full annual rent in advance.
Q. Can I choose who I live with?

Q. Do I have to pay council tax?
Students do not have to pay Council Tax, but you must inform the council that you are a student & apply for an exemption. For any further Information feel free to contact us.
Q. Is there an age limit for a book?
Due to the legally binding tenancy agreement that every tenant is required to sign. We only accept students who are over 18.
