It is said to be the most visited museum in the UK outside of London. Very close to the university campus as well, making it even more convenient. Many of the exhibitions here are based around Glasgow or the rest of Scotland, proving to be a fantastic way to get to know the history of the city better. Loch Lomond is another perfect place, although it is not technically in Glasgow it is so close that it's easy to mistake it for being so.
