3 instalments - £500 to secure room; then instalments on 01.08.2019, 19.11.2019 and 19.02.2020
?Student loan payment plan (must provide proof of student loan) - £500 to secure room, then instalment on 01.08.2019, 20.09.2019, 01.01.2020 and 24.04.2020.
Updates to Policy - COVID-19
Should a student be unable to arrive due to the COVID-19 virus, this could be due to the enforced travel ban or possibility of contracting the virus by showing symptoms, they will be released from the license agreement as long as they advise us prior to the start of the license agreement.
From 10 weeks before commencement of the Period of Licence, on payment of £500:
The Agreement can be canceled by giving a written notice of the cancellation. In these circumstances, there will be a £50 administration fee, which will be deducted from the monies paid to Study Inn. The remainder of the payments made to Study Inn will be returned to the occupier.
From 10 weeks before commencement of the Period of Licence, if the deposit plus 1st Installment has been paid:
The Agreement can be canceled by giving a written notice of the cancellation. In these circumstances, there will be a £250 administration fee, which will be deducted from the monies paid to Study Inn. The remainder of the payments made to Study Inn will be returned to the occupier.
Less than 10 weeks before commencement of the period of the Licence:
The occupier will have no right to terminate the Agreement unless a replacement agreement can be found. In circumstances where a replacement Agreement is not found, the occupier will remain liable for the full contractual occupation fee. In circumstances where a replacement agreement is found for the accommodation, the occupier will be released from the current agreement with effect from the start date of the new Agreement upon payment of a £250 release fee which will be deducted from monies paid to Study Inn. A Fee of £20 will be added when refund made to an international bank account.
Q. Is my reservation fee fully refundable?
Yes, your reservation fee is fully refundable all year round.
Q. Can I move out during the agreement?
At any point you can move out during the License Agreement, but please note you are still responsible for the rent until a new student moves in. Our dedicated reservations team will aim to find a replacement as fast as possible.
Q. Will I get a refund if I move out early?
If you move out early then a refund is calculated from the day a new student moves into your room. Please note there is an initial cancellation fee of £250.
Q. Does the Reservation fee guarantee me a room?
The reservation does not guarantee you a room, but it allows you to be kept up to date with availability so you do not miss out on the chance to secure your chosen room type.
Q. Can I choose where I wish to live?
Yes. As long as there is availability then you are eligible to choose to stay.
Q. Are there any additional fees to pay?
No additional fees are charged to move in.
Q. How long is the agreement?
The standard length of the License agreement is 50 weeks.
Q. What facilities are offered?
The property provides you with many facilities such as a fully serviced and fitted room, SKY TV, boardrooms, TV lounges, X box and Play Station, gym and so much more. There is always something to do at your new home.
Q. Can I move in early?
It depends on the availability of the room.
Q. Do you have laundry facilities?
Yes.
Q. Is there any social space?
There is a fantastic study of social space as well as regular events for all students to take part in.
Q. What is the time duration to pay the advance rent deposit to receive a tenancy agreement and block the room?
The room allocation is based on first come first serve basis, request you to kindly pay the deposit amount as soon as a notification is received.
