Sherbourne Student Village (formerly known as Sherbourne House) is a newly refurbished modern student accommodation located on Vincent Street, just minutes away from Coventry University, University of Warwick and the city center, putting you minutes away from the city’s brilliant nightlife. Choose from a range of cluster flats with en-suite rooms and all self-contained studio flats. There are great social spaces at the property for you to enjoy, as the outdoor courtyard, common room with smart TV, games rooms with table tennis and pool table. There is a vending machine for all your cravings and bike storage so that you do not need to clutter your room.

All rooms at Sherbourne Student Village are well furnished and you will find them to have all that you need for a comfortable stay. Undergraduate students usually enjoy living in the clustered flat as the social opportunities are tremendous. You can come home to chill in your room watching a movie or work on your submission on your study desk. If not in the mood to study you can relax and unwind with your friends as well in the living room of the apartment. Prep your meals in the kitchen or try new recipes with your flatmates, there is always so much to do. There are studio flats available too, should you be looking for a more independent space or a mature student looking to live alone. This flat has a personal bed, ample storage space, a study station, a private shower and a fully fitted kitchen. Living in a studio allows you to enjoy the best of both worlds as you have your privacy and when not studying you can always head out to the social spaces to enjoy with your friends and other flatmates. If you are looking to foster your no-cook mood then there are plenty of restaurants just outside the property where you can enjoy a good meal with your friends. We suggest Akbars, their varied menu has Indian Tapas too! Plus it is a just 2mins walk from the property. If you are pulling long study sessions then why not pick yourself a cup of coffee from Café Nero, we love their hot chocolates in particular too.
