City Point is the newest student hall in Coventry located in the heart of the Belgrade Plaza area of Coventry city centre and next door to by to City Village.
With spacious communal areas, modern furnishings and an on-site gym the building has everything you need to help you feel at home during your studies. All rooms are en-suite and you can choose to share an apartment with friends or live in a self-contained studio. City Point is the ideal location for students who would like to live in the City Centre and just 20 minutes from the University of Warwick or Coventry University.
Booking Deposit:
£100 to confirm your booking.
Rent Payments:
Pay in Full (1.5% discount), due in August (included in the price per week)
Pay in installments, due in August, September, January, and April (UK guarantor required)
Pay in installments, due in August, October, December, and February (Without UK guarantor)
Mode of Payment:
Pay using a debit card or a credit card (with 2% surcharge) online, over the phone or at the reception.
COMPLETION/ACCEPTANCE OF TENANCY AGREEMENT
Upon receipt of the Tenancy Offer, whether delivered via the online booking process, by email or by any other means, you have 48 hours to complete the agreement. If the agreement is not completed in this time frame the Holding Deposit will be retained in lieu of cost already incurred by the Landlord and their Managing Agent and the property will be re advertised.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Subject to the cancellation periods stated above once you have signed your tenancy agreement you will be legally bound by the terms stipulated in your tenancy document.
These document(s) must be received by us within 7 calendar days from the date your results are published or by 1st September (which ever date is the sooner).
On receipt of the required documentation it will be verified and, provided we are satisfied, we will cancel your agreement and refund your deposit in full.
Q Can I bring a pet?
Sorry, no pets are allowed.
Q What if I want to terminate my agreement and move out?
If you wish to terminate your tenancy, we must be notified in writing and you must complete our Re Let Form. You will remain responsible for the rent until a new tenant is found or until the end of the tenancy (whichever is sooner). We will aim to find a new tenant who is both acceptable to us and who is prepared to meet the financial and legal requirements of the tenancy agreement at the current prevailing rent. We can’t always guarantee finding another tenant, as obviously this becomes more difficult as the academic year progresses, however, you are able to suggest a replacement to us. Please note that you will also need to cover all administration charges incurred in reassigning the tenanc.
Q How do I get my refund?
All authorised refunds are returned to source i.e. the bank or card the payment originate from, and where source can be established.It is recommended that the account/card from which payments are made remains in operation for the duration of the tenancy and a short time thereafter to facility a timely refund. All refunds will be calculated in UK Sterling. No refunds will be made in cash.
Q How can I pay?
Payment Are Accepted by Mastercard and Visa debit and credit card, and Western Union.All amounts due must be paid in UK Sterling.Interest will be charged on late/overdue payments at 3% above the base rate of The Bank of England.
