Cancelling within cool-off:
. Before the 28th May 2023, you can cancel within 5-days of making a booking with a full refund of any monies paid.
. After 28th May 2023, you can cancel within 48-hours of making a booking with a full refund of any monies paid.

No Place, No Pay
If you are declined a place to study at a university located in the same city as your Vita Student accommodation, you may cancel and obtain a full refund, unless:
• You are declined a place for any reason other than not meeting the academic requirements to obtain a place (including, but not limited to, academic or other misconduct, financial reasons, or withdrawing from your application or course) • You did not complete all necessary steps required by your university to complete your application in time
. The Occupation Period outlined in your Licence Agreement has begun
No Visa, No Pay
. You did not complete all necessary steps required by UKVI to complete your visa application
. Your university was unable to issue you with a CAS Number to obtain your visa owing to you not completing all necessary steps to complete your application to study.
To be eligible to cancel outside of cool-off for one of the above reasons, you must supply proof to us in writing with-in 48-hours. If you are declined a visa, then the latest date are you entitled to cancel is the 16th August 2023.

Q. Is Guarantor required?
No Guarantor is required to stay at Vita Student.
Q. Can I change my room?
If you wish to change your room, our on-site management staff would be more than happy to help and will do their best to accommodate your request depending on availability.
Q. If I am doing an internship/ placement year or part-time course, am I allowed to live with Vita Student?
Yes, as long as you are still registered as a student and your placement is part of your degree/course then you can still live here.
Q. Is booking exclusive to students?
Yes, renting is exclusive to students and all the apartments are designed specifically with students in mind. Booking a room guarantees you 200MB internet, WI-FI, a flat-screen Smart TV, all utility bills included in the price, free gym access and a great communal space to socialize with other like-minded people.
Q. What happens if my loan doesn’t get paid on time and I can’t pay my installment on time?
If you choose to pay by installments and are reliant on a student loan, then you will also have provided a Guarantor. If your student loan is late, we do require you still to pay the rent on time and would ask your Guarantor to assist with the rental payment until your loan arrives.

Any person who is over 18, and who is a student that is enrolled with an educational institution can live here.
