Booking Deposit:
An amount equivalent to one month's rent is payable as a booking deposit/ Damage deposit, which is refundable.
House Entry Fees:
A one off non-refundable fee $250 AUD for the house preparation before each student group’s arrival and remains valid for one year, also payable.
Payment Method:
Pay Via Online bank transfers, Credit Cards (surcharge applied)
If you wish to cancel your stay, a replacement tenant will be needed to take over your tenancy.

The house is fully furnished, and also has central gas heating. The house has a large living area and also car park.

All rooms are lockable, and come with a bed frame, mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, study desk, chair, mirror and laundry basket.
