Payment Info:
You can pay the required fees and charges online using a debit or a credit card, through a bank transfer, or by making a cash deposit in person at an ANZ branch if you are already in Australia.
When making your booking, once you have completed all documentation and provided proof of identity, payment of the following must be made in order to receive your final confirmation for your reservation.

The first cycle of rent is due when you make your reservation. It is only after payment is made that your reservation is confirmed
You may choose to pay your rent periodically. The periodic rent cycle options are:
You may choose to pay for your entire stay upfront at the time of signing your License to Occupy. A 5% discount is applicable to rent and any extra services selected if you choose this option. The discount is applicable only to stays of six months or longer.
If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before you are due to check-in, you will get back 100% of the amount that you have paid.
If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 60 days before you are due to check-in, you will get back 50% of the amount that you have paid.
Otherwise, if you cancel your reservation inside 30 days of your agreed check in date, you not get any refund. You will forfeit 100% of the money you have paid.
Q. Can I live with friends/colleagues?

Q. What if I need to cancel my reservation after it has been confirmed?

We are able to offer car parking at many of our locations. In some instances where the building you have chosen does not have car parking available, we may be able to arrange car parking in a neighbouring building.
Car parking is an optional extra ranging from AU$70 - AU$120 per week, depending on location.
A minimum booking of 7 nights applies for all car parking
Q. Are pets allowed?
Pets are strictly prohibited in most of our apartments. We do have a very small number of apartments which are suitable for small animals. These are subject to availability. You must request permission and receive agreement from us in writing at the time of making your reservation.
Q. Can I swap apartments?
Subject to availability the answer is YES.
You will need to pay a new exit clean fee for your new apartment, but other than that, there are no other fees applicable.
