You get WiFi for super fast internet connectivity and every unit is also fitted with air conditioning, ceiling fans and a washer/dryer set. The kitchen has basic requirements like a range and microwave, disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator. Select units are wheelchair accessible, so you just need to ask. At The Avenue South you also get to enjoy your luxury living quarters at affordable rates and superb common use amenities like a swimming pool and spa, a fitness centre with best in class equipment and basketball and volleyball courts. The Avenue South are no-pets policy. The Avenue is a no-smoking community in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of apartment-mates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
Q. Can I park my vehicle at The Avenue?
The Avenue offers free surface parking for all residents, as well as optional reserved covered parking spaces at The Avenue South. Limited guest parking is also available at no charge.
