Rent includes Internet, satellite TV, water, sewer, trash & recycling, washer & dryer, and access to all of the amenities, and a wonderful staff that is there to help you anytime you need them.
Q. When is my rent due?
You have three instalment payment options to pay the entire amount due under the lease – one instalment, two instalments, or twelve instalments. If you choose to pay a single instalment for the entire amount, that single instalment is due August 1. If you choose to pay in two-semester instalments, those instalments are due August 1 and January 1. If you choose to pay in twelve instalments, the first instalment is due on August 1 and the remaining eleven instalments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note that these are all instalment payment options and not monthly rent.
