Copper Beech Baywater student housing facility is located at 2085 Puget Drive in West Lafayette, Indiana 47906. This premium West Lafayette off-campus student accommodation is very convenient thanks to its proximity to Purdue University. It gives you a stately student living experience with its spacious living quarters, fun communal activities and ease to commute to class and back.
Amenities
Copper Beech Baywater has a single floor plan for all its units. There is a spacious carpeted living room and 3 bedrooms with a fully functional kitchen. Every unit has high speed Internet access through strong WiFi, a large capacity washer and dryer, and both air-conditioning and heating. The apartments are cable ready and select units have special ramps for wheelchair access. The kitchen is a full-sized affair complete with dishwasher, disposal, microwave, oven and range, refrigerator, freezer and an ice maker too. The granite countertops make cleaning and maintenance easy and there is also a pantry. The outdoor spaces have porches and decks as per the design of the unit you select. The bedrooms are fairly spacious and have private bathrooms and walk-in and linen closets. There is a full sized basketball court on the premises where you can go for a good bout of cardio. The property is pet friendly, you only need to pay a small fee for this service.

Copper Beech Baywater has a well-experienced property manager on site for security and maintenance of the property and to attend to all your needs.
Transport
You can ride the student accommodation community’s shuttle bus to Purdue University every weekday and a special service called Sober shuttle on Saturdays and Sundays.

Get your shopping and entertainment at the Strip center at 1550 Win Hentschel Boulevard, Town Center, and Sagamore Park Center which are all only a 5 minute drive away from the off-campus community.
The Purdue University Horticulture Gardens house some exotic species of flora and have beautiful exhibits all year-round.
The Columbian Park Zoo is favorite among animal lovers and a great place to unwind after a heavy week.

Q. What is Copper Beech Townhomes?
Copper Beech Baywater and Copper Beech Klondike are two high-quality West Lafayette communities designed especially with Purdue University students in mind. Copper Beech features a variety of exceptionally large townhomes and apartments, with available furniture packages, in a genuine neighborhood setting just a short shuttle bus ride from the Purdue campus.
Q. Is Copper Beech part of Purdue University?
Copper Beech is a privately owned and professionally managed community.
Q. Can I live with friends, or can you match me with roommates?
You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Q. What are per-person contracts?
Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person at Copper Beech has their own individual contract, with one person per bedroom. This means you are only responsible for paying for yourself — not your roommates. Even if a roommate moves out or other bedrooms in your apartment are empty, you only pay the rate for your bedroom.
Q. What size are the apartments?
The spacious accommodations at Copper Beech are among the largest in West Lafayette, ranging from 1-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom, two-story townhomes up to 2,000 square feet, all with a private bathroom for each bedroom and many with an extra half-bath.
Q. Are the apartments furnished?
Copper Beech offers an optional furniture package, which includes a full-size bed and end table in each bedroom, a couch, chair, coffee table, end table and entertainment stand in each living room. All residences include a full kitchen and laundry appliance package. To see a sample of the furniture and other finishes, please visit our model residences.
Q. What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests?
Copper Beech is pet-friendly, subject to limits on animals and breed. The community is smoke-free in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
Q. Can I park my vehicle at Copper Beech?
Copper Beech offers free surface parking for all residents. Limited guest parking is also available at no charge.
Q. What other transportation options will I have?
Copper Beech offers a private shuttle bus that runs to and from campus every 45 minutes starting as early as 6:45am, on weekdays when class is in session during the Purdue Fall and Spring semesters. The bus picks up at the entrance to the community and stops at the Purdue Union, Beering Hall and the Physics Building.
