Redpoint West Lafayette features multi level apartments with modern furniture and exterior and interior locks for extra safety. Every unit is beautifully done up with a pleasing interior design and there is a porch or deck in front and back. Each apartment has air conditioning, heating and is cable ready. You get a large washer/dryer in your apartment along with a fully equipped kitchen which has all the gadgets needed to make your life super easy. You get a microwave, an oven and cooking range, refrigerator, freezer and an ice maker. There is also a pantry and an eat-in kitchen space. The bedrooms are spacious and each resident gets their own personal bathroom and walk-in closet. Most dogs and cats are allowed into the community and you also get an assigned parking spot in the surface lot. You can interact with your fellow resident international students on the basketball court and the breakfast bar. You can also pick up your fresh Joe at the office every morning. The entire complex is beautified by professional landscapers.
Rent Inclusion
The service that is included in the student housing rent is trash collection and removal.
Security and Maintenance
Your unit will have exterior and interior locks. You can also book a special security package. There is a manager on site for security and maintenance of the Copper Beech Klondike property at all times.

Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. The property also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
