We’re one mile from the University Of Illinois At Urbana-Champaign and we’re located on the 22 Illini bus line. Students and alumni alike will appreciate our proximity to the university almost as much as they appreciate the huge apartments with patio/balcony, oversized kitchen, ample closet space, and private bathrooms. Rent is always due by the first of each month, including the 1st installment, which is due no later than August 1st. You may pay via check/money order/cashier’s check to our office (made payable to GSR) OR you may use the online tenant portal. You will not be allowed to pick up your keys until your August rent and deposit are PAID IN FULL. NO EXCEPTIONS
Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at the property after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for any further clarifications.
Q Do you allow pets?
We typically do not allow pets in our apartment buildings. However, we do allow pets in many of our single family houses, depending on the size and type of pet that you have. If you pet is approved, you will need to sign our pet addendum and pay a non-refundable fee of $250 for each pet.
Q What utilities will I have to pay for?
This varies depending on where you live. We do pay for some utilities in some of our apartment buildings. In our single family homes the tenant is responsible for all utilities, including gas, electric, water, sewer and trash. Tenants are also responsible for lawn care in our single family homes.
Q Do you have furnished rental units?
Almost all of our campus apartments are furnished, while very few of our off campus properties come furnished.
