CEV Tuscaloosa is a fantastic student housing complex located on 800 31st Street, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 35401. It is close to the University of Alabama and Shelton State Community College. They offer one, two, three and four bedroom floor plans to international and domestic students.

CEV Tuscaloosa has everything that you will ever need in a student housing complex. Choose from one-bed and one-bath, two-bed and two-bath, three-bed and three-bath, four-bed and four-bath apartments with full-size kitchens equipped with high-end appliances. All apartments get high-speed internet access, so your work and entertainment never suffer. The apartments also come with washers and dryers, so you won’t need to run around looking for a laundromat!
Classes taking a toll on you? Engage in multiple activities on-site. Use the game room, multimedia center and pool table for recreation. Hit the fitness center, pool, running track, volleyball court and tennis court to stay healthy and fit. Bring your bike along to the student housing complex, there are multiple bike racks where you can store them. CEV Tuscaloosa is pet-friendly student accommodation. They offer individual leases and roommate matching facilities as well.

Rental installments are based on the total days of occupancy for the entire lease term; that total is then divided into equal installments due on the 1st of every month. Grace periods and late fees are outlined in your lease contract.
Rental installments can be paid electronically through your personal Resident Portal with a credit/debit card or e-check, in-person or mailed via check, cashiers’ check, or money order. Cash payments are not accepted.
Rental installments can be paid with student loan disbursements; however we do not have the ability to receive distribution directly from the disbursing entity.
Once your lease is signed, you are fully responsible for that contract. If you wish to cancel your lease, you will need to find someone to take over the lease contract and pay any applicable re-let fees. The new applicant will need to pass the credit, background and eviction screening before they are approved to take over your lease contract.
Q. Can students of the opposite gender share an apartment?
Yes, if all roommates know each other prior to move-in and give approval. Campus Evolution Villages will not use roommate matching to match members of the opposite gender.
Q. What happens if after I move in I don’t like the people in my apartment?
Should there be differences that simply cannot be worked out, residents are able to transfer, dependent on availability (a transfer fee applies and the transferee will be required to pay the rental rate for the new bedroom).
Q. What utilities are included in my rent?
Internet, water/sewage, cable, trash, and electricity ($40 electric allowance) are included in your rent. This means that we will pay $40 of the power bill per person, per apartment each month. Any overages will be distributed evenly between the residents. This overage is due to the next month’s rent.
Q. Where are my guests allowed to park?
Guests are welcome to park in designated guest parking spaces.
Q. Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are welcome here – on a case by case basis. There’s a non-refundable pet fee of $350 and an additional charge of $35 per month.
Q. What kind of television stations do you offer?
Cable TV hookups are provided in the bedrooms and the living room of each apartment. A wide selection of channels are available when you order your cable service from Clearview Satellite.
