The off-campus facility is located less than 2 miles from the university, The Cottages at Lake Tamaha also offer a free, private shuttle to and from The Strip, Tuscaloosa’s downtown district. The Cottages at Lake Tamaha offer individual cabins, with a number of sharing options( 2 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms + 4.5 bathrooms, and so on and so forth, going up to 5 bedrooms + 5 baths per cottage).

However, with the number of jam-packed activities available at the cottages Lake Tamaha, you’ll rarely find yourself wanting to leave the premises. Designed pretty much like a summer camp for college students, The Cottages at Lake Tamaha student flats in Tuscaloosa offer individual cabins, with a number of sharing options that each come with a common lounge area & kitchenette. For all you fitness junkies, the cottages Tuscaloosa have a great fitness center that comes equipped with free weights, circuit equipment, and cardio equipment. The Cottages in Tuscaloosa also have an on-call fitness schedule that lets you participate in a number of fitness classes at any day at any time. If that wasn’t enough, the Cottages Lake Tamaha also have 6 football fields of open green space, basketball courts, tennis courts, putting greens and a volleyball court. With a lake in its “backyard”, The Cottages at Lake Tamaha student housing also offer adventure activities like swimming, fishing, kayaking, running and paddleboard. If you aren’t keen on swimming in the lake, you can make use of the pool oasis built on the premises of the Cottages of Lake Tamaha. There’s also a clubhouse that houses TV lounges, billiards, shuffleboard, and a community kitchen at the Cottages Tuscaloosa.
