The Flats at Douglas is a premium off-campus student housing facility located at 2804 Kenwood Boulevard in Toledo, Ohio. Nearness to the University of Toledo and Promedica, makes it ideal for domestic and international students who want to opt for off-campus living. You can choose from newly upgraded one, two and three bedroom floor plans.
Amenities
The apartments at Flats at Douglas are smartly laid out with all the latest finishes and appliances needed to make your stay in Toledo memorable. The flooring is wood-styled planks and has brand new lush carpeting. Central air conditioning and fans help regulate temperature and chic pendant lighting makes the space welcoming. The walls are done up in custom paint shades in dual tones and the modern kitchen is up-to-date with all the latest appliances in stainless steel and an espresso cabinet as well. There is an indoor and an outdoor kitchen if you wish to have friends for a grill.
Community amenities at this swish student housing facility include a resort style pool, a 24 hour fitness center with a yoga room and a swanky clubhouse. The coffee bar is where you can pick up your caffeine fix on your way to the university. This off-campus student accommodation community is pet friendly and has a pet park and grooming area. If you are a foodie, you must head over to Tony Packo’s and try the Hungarian Hot Dog. There are many fantastic seafood and grill joints like the Revolution Grille, Maumee Bay Brew Pub and Zia’s which have some patio seating where you watch the docks while you enjoy your food.
The Toledo Botanical Garden and Zoo are marvelous places to spend hours on a weekend.
Visit the Toledo Museum of Art which has a collection of over 30,000 works of art and objects connected to human history.
Take your date to watch a performance by the Toledo Symphony Orchestra to make the evening special.
