ULake Apartments is a lake-side student housing facility located on 14200 Bruce B Downs Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33613. Due to its proximity to the University of South Florida campus, just a few minutes away, it’s the ideal choice for domestic and international students. The student accommodation has one and two bedroom floor plans loaded with plush amenities and comforts.
Amenities:
ULake Apartments has both furnished and unfurnished units. The apartments boast of beautiful lake views with cherry cabinets, bamboo style flooring, tile floors, and energy efficient windows with coverings. The furnished apartments include a full-size bed with headboard, frame, and mattress, and a stackable dresser. Each living room includes a leather couch, club chairs, dining room set, end table, and entertainment stand. Study desks are included in the two bedroom apartments. The units look fabulous with wood finish flooring, two-tone walls, and modern fixtures. Even if all you can cook is a pack of instant noodles, you’ll love the kitchens that are well-equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, gas range, and dishwasher. Other tops up amenities include a ceiling fan, individual climate control, heat, designer lighting, crown molding, USB outlets, large walk-in closets, and pest control. There are a washer and dryer in every home, so say goodbye to runs to the laundromat.
Residents of ULake Apartments enjoy a host of community amenities as well. Like 3 resort style pools to beat the summer heat. A 24-hour fitness center where you can work out with ellipticals, treadmills, free weights, and a nexuses boxing trainer. For sports enthusiasts, there is a tennis court and a sand volleyball court. Q. Do I have to be a USF student?
No! In fact, with its convenient location to I-275 and I-75, ULake Apartments is the ideal location for anyone! We have residents that attend Hillsborough Community College, The University of Tampa, Keiser University, and ITT-Tech!
Q. Do you have a bus stop?
Yes! We have a Hart Bus stop immediately in front of the community. It runs every 30 minutes and has a mobile app that you can download to keep track of arrival and departure times!
Q. Do you offer roommate matching?
Absolutely! Every student is unique, so during the leasing process, we utilize our state-of-the-art roommate matching software that knows just the right questions to ensure the best matches possible.
Q. What is included in the rent?
All of our apartment homes include electricity, water, sewer, trash, internet, and cable with NO utility caps! Complimentary on-site parking is also available for our residents.
Q. Do you offer furniture?
Yes, we offer Furnished and Unfurnished Apartments! Furnished apartments include a full-size bed including the headboard, frame, and mattress, and a stackable dresser. Each living room includes a leather couch, club chair, dining room set, end table, and entertainment stand. Desks are included in our 2-bedroom apartments.
Q. Do you allow pets?
Yes, pets are permitted at our community! All pets must be registered prior to entering the community. There is a one-time Pet Fee of $250 and a monthly Pet Rent Fee of $20 due for each animal at the community. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.
Q. How do I pay rent?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. We have an easy online payment system that allows you to pay any time of the day. You never have to worry about late fees if you opt into our automatic withdrawal option. You are also more than welcome to pay by check or money order in the office during regular business hours.
Q. Can I pay up front?
Yes! You may also pay by semester.
