42 North is a very comfortable off-campus student housing community near University of South Florida at Tampa and Southwest Florida College. The address is 14502 Valor Circle, Tampa Fl 33613. It features apartments with 3 and 4 bedrooms. Enjoy the lovely facilities provided in-unit, do not forget to make full use of all the awesome community amenities like the clubhouse and the fitness centre.
Amenities
The apartments at 42 North have a spacious living room with satellite TV, a washer-dryer unit, and high speed internet connectivity. Select units are smoke free and fitted with ramps to allow access to wheelchair users. The modest kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave. The Tampa student accommodation community has great amenities like a basketball court, gameroom, swimming pool and a well equipped fitness center. You can invite your friends over to hang out at the clubhouse. Avail of the laundry facility or take up a special furniture package to suit your needs. There is surface parking available and also a dedicated car wash area.
Rent Inclusion
Student housing rental packages include cable, gas, electricity, air conditioning and heating, water, sewer and trash disposal.

The on-site property looks after the upkeep and security of the facility.

If you feel like you need to buy something or get a bite to eat you can stroll over to Oak Ramble which is only 10 mins away on foot. There are also two strip malls in the vicinity.
Go on long hikes or walk in the Takomah Trail Park which is just 8 minutes away by car.
The Busch Gardens of Tampa are a favourite among visitors and locals alike for their beautifully landscaped gardens and variety of flora.

Payments can be made online 24/7 with E-check, debit cards, and credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard). There’s a $50 application fee. Activity or service fees may apply. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for any further clarifications.
The interested individual will need to come in to fill out the paperwork and be approved by management to successfully take over your lease. You are still responsible for your lease up until the day the new resident moves in. There is a $500 lease takeover fee.
