The Republic Tallahassee is a luxurious student housing in Tallahassee facility at 2636 Mission Road, Tallahassee, FL 32304. Local and international students headed to Florida State University would do well to check it out, given it’s really convenient location just minutes from campus. This student accommodation complex comprises large 2- to 5-bedroom cottages and townhomes and includes a facilities like a resort-style pool complex, luxury clubhouse with fitness center and golf simulator, and direct bus service to the university.
Amenities:
The cottages at Republic Tallahassee are designed with 9-foot ceilings and open floor plans with single bedrooms and private bathrooms. The units feature hardwood-style floors and a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. You won’t face washing woes: the in-unit laundry will see to that. You get high-speed Internet, of course. There’s an optional furniture package, plenty of storage space, a security system and roommate matching services, so you’re not going to be stuck with someone weird. The community outdoors is gorgeous with sidewalks, porches and lawns. On those warm days, you can enjoy a resort-style swimming pool with a swim-up movie screen. There’s also a volleyball court and basketball courts, a 24-hour fitness center, game rooms and computer center. The student accommodation community is pet-friendly with a dog park and plenty of free parking, as well as a 10-minute bus service to campus.
Rent inclusions
Your fixed rate will include high-speed Internet, trash disposal, washer and dryer in each residence, 24-hour on-site management, as well as community features that include a pool, fitness center, and sports courts.
Security and maintenance
The security system in each cottage can be individually monitored, with electronic locks and locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are a regular feature. Senior staff are on-site 24×7, available on a 24-hour phone number. Maintenance, too, is on-site.
Transport
Students can take advantage of the Seminole Express bus service, on the Osceola route, every ten minutes from 7am to 8pm Monday through Friday when school is in session. And evening service on the Nite Nole from Tuesday through Saturday. The ride to campus takes a quick ten minutes.

Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. The Republic also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Q. Can I live with friends, or can you match me with roommates?
You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Q. What kind of safety and security are provided?
The Republic includes a security system in each residence (monitoring not included), electronic locks and individually locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are provided at select times. Management staff are also on-site 24×7 and can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.
Q. What are the policies on pets, smoking, and guests?
The Republic is pet-friendly, subject to limits on animals and breeds. The community is smoke-free in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of cottage-mates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
Q. What other transportation options will I have?
The Republic is served by the Seminole Express bus service, on the Osceola route, every ten minutes from 7am to 8pm Monday through Friday when school is in session, along with evening service on the Nite Nole from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30pm to 3am. The ride to campus takes as little as ten minutes.
