Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Alight West Tenn also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own. We can also match you with other students. In that case, applicants are required to answer a few lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Q. What are per-person contracts at Alight West Tenn Apartments?
Instead of requiring all roommates to sign a joint lease, each person at Alight West Tenn has their own individual contract, with one person per bedroom. This means you are only responsible for paying for yourself — not your roommates. Even if a roommate moves out or other bedrooms in your apartment are empty, you only pay the rate for your bedroom.
Q. What is the floorplan at Alight West Tenn Apartments?
The spacious accommodations at Alight West Tenn are 4-bedroom floorplans with a private bathroom for each bedroom.
Q. Are the Alight West Tenn Apartments furnished?
Yes, all apartments have a furniture package including a full-size bed, dresser, desk and chair in each bedroom, and a sofa and love seat, end table, coffee table and entertainment stand with a 50″ flat-panel HDTV in each living room. Each apartment also includes a dining table and chairs. To see a sample of the furniture and other finishes, please visit our model residences.
Q. When do the contracts start and end?
The standard term is August 15, 2020 to July 25, 2021, with payments made in 12 equal installments. Other alternate dates may be available; please inquire with our staff.
Q. Will my financial aid cover charges at Alight West Tenn?
Your living costs can be covered by financial aid, just like on-campus housing. Any available financial aid funds, after university charges are satisfied, are released to the student for non-institutional expenses, such as off-campus housing. These funds can be used to pay charges at Alight. Normal payment deadlines will continue to apply.
Q. What kind of safety and security are provided at Alight West Tenn Apartments?
It has fire sprinklers and individually locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are provided at select times. Management staff are also on-site 24×7 and can be reached by a 24/7 phone number.
Q. What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests at Alight West Tenn Apartments?
It is pet-friendly, subject to limits on animals and breed. All indoor areas are smoke-free zones. However, Guests are welcome anytime, are the residents allow. Overnight guests are welcome as well but with limits on the number of days and guests.
Q. Can I park my vehicle at Alight West Tenn Apartments?
Free surface parking is available for all residents. Guest parking (limited) is also available for free.
Q. What other transportation options will I have to get around Alight West Tenn?
The Osceola shuttle service runs every 10 to 15 minutes, from 7 am – 8 pm, from Monday to Friday. The NiteNole runs till Saturday, from 8 pm to 3 am. It takes about fifteen minutes to reach the campus.
