Avenue East has apartments with 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms and also 3 story houses. Every unit is fully furnished and has hardwood style floors, high speed wireless internet and an in-unit washer/dryer set. The kitchen is full sized and equipped with all required appliances and dishwasher and microwave. Private bedrooms with dedicated electronic locks and select bedrooms also have private bathrooms and balconies. The community premises has great basketball and sand volleyball courts, a luxurious clubhouse with a game room and a coffee bar and communal meeting and study areas. A beautiful swimming pool with a hot tub and 24 hour fitness centre is a great place to unwind after putting in that hard work at college. As are the social events which are organised for the student residents. There is plenty of free parking and certain buildings in the student accommodation facility are also pet friendly.

Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. Avenue East also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

If the student faces any issue regarding anything related to maintenance in the rooms, then the property has there own maintenance staff which is available 24/7.

Yes, parking is available for the residents.
Q. What kind of safety and security are provided?
Avenue East has monitored fire sprinklers, electronic locks and deadbolts on each front door, plus individually locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are provided at select times. Management staff are also on-site 24×7 and can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.
