Q. What is included in the rent?
The View rent includes: Internet, water, sewer, trash & recycling, washer & dryer. And you’ll also have access to all of The View’s amenities, and a wonderful staff that is there to help you anytime you need them.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
Yes, they offer a roommate matching system. If you don’t have anyone in mind that you would like to live with, let them match you up with someone! There is a Roommate Matching Sheet that you will fill out to let them know more about what you’re looking for in a roommate. Then, they spend weeks in the summer figuring out the best match for you based on that information.
Q.Do you allow pets?
Yes! They are pet friendly, but with some restrictions
Q.What if I need maintenance in my bedroom or apartment?
If you need maintenance, simply go to your resident portal on our website and fill out a maintenance request. You can also call or stop by the front desk. If it is an emergency, please notify the front office immediately.
Q.How do I receive mail and packages?
The clubhouse office will accept packages on resident’s behalf. You’ll receive a text message and an email when a package has been received.
