Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.

Rent includes utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable, Internet, washer & dryer.

Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?

Q. How do I receive mail and packages?
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox.
Q. Is there parking on site? Do I have to pay for it?
Yes, each unit is allowed a certain number of parking spaces. If an additional parking space is needed, there would be an additional charge.
Q. Is cable tv included?
Yes. Cable TV with a full line up of channels will be provided in every bedroom.
Q. Is the internet included?
Yes. High-speed Internet in every bedroom is included.
